What is the purpose of this organization?
To assist student athletes with resources who actively play competitive sports and have a financial need, student athletes of various diverse backgrounds, lower socioeconomic status, and under-represented.
What services are offered?
Assist in providing student athletes with a portion of costs related to athletic
• League fees
• Uniform fees
• Equipment fees
• Camp fees
• Tutor fees
What is the goal of the organization?
To bridge the competition gap for student athletes who work to compete at a higher-level but face a financial challenge because their family income is on the lower economic curve and or socioeconomic status which impacts and or hinders students from participating in competitive sports.
What are the application requirements?
• Student athlete plays a sport in a competitive league
• Student athlete is currently active in a competitive sport
• Student athlete has a GPA of 3.0 or greater
• Student athlete has 10+ community outreach hours
How is funding provided?
Funding will be raised through donations and grants to assist in providing student athletes with a portion of costs related to athletic league fees, uniforms, gear, sport camps and or tutors.
